How Our Arrival Windows Work

At Alley Cat, we use arrival windows to keep your appointment experience flexible and on time—while minimizing any inconvenience or delays.

How It Works

• 2-Hour Window: Your technician will be scheduled to arrive within a 2-hour time window.
• Appointment Reminders: You'll receive a text reminder the day before your appointment.
• Day-Of Updates: On the day of service, you’ll get an updated estimated time of arrival (ETA) once your technician is on the way.

Important Notes

• Someone Must Be Home: Please make sure that someone is present during your appointment window to provide access.
• Pet Safety: For everyone’s safety, we kindly ask that pets be secured before your technician arrives.
